Welcome to HomeDealNow. These terms govern your use of our housing transaction support services, digital products, and goods.

1. Services

We provide legal transaction support for housing, including document preparation, review, correspondence, and guidance. Our team assists with lease agreements, purchase contracts, and compliance matters.

Booking: Services are scheduled once full fees are received. You may reschedule at least 48 hours before the session without extra charge. To change the date, please contact us.

2. Information Products

We offer digital guides and templates for housing transactions. Access is granted after purchase.

3. Goods

We sell printed materials and branded items related to housing transactions.

4. Refund Policy

Services: If you cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled session, we will refund fees via the original payment method within 14 days. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable due to preparatory work that cannot be undone.

Information Products: You may request a reimbursement within 7 days of purchase if no download or access has occurred. Reimbursements are processed via the original payment method within 14 days. Once the material has been accessed or downloaded, reimbursement is not available.

Goods: If you ship an item back within 14 days of delivery in unused condition, after inspection, we will issue a reimbursement via the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

Rescheduling: Services may be moved without charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before the start time via contact us. No changes are permitted within 48 hours. Certain services requiring extensive preparation are marked as final sale and are non-refundable.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services or products for any unlawful purpose or outside the scope of housing transaction support.
